Every year the band sells T-shirts, sweaters, sweatpants, shorts, and gear. Students receive 50% profit on all items sold! Items take roughly two weeks after order has been placed.
The Liberty High School Performing Arts Department will be hosts our annual Holiday Dinner and Silent Auction Showcase. This event is held in December of each year. The award winning programs from Liberty High School including the Band, Orchestra, Choir, and Thespians will be showing off their talents and bringing in holiday spirit. The success of arts programs depend upon the outstanding work ethic of the students, the diligent staff members, and an overall commitment to excellence in arts education. The proceeds from this event will help defer many of the costs associated with running successful arts program.

Throughout the school year, we will have restaurant fundraiser nights. On these evenings, the Liberty Band gets a percentage of all the sales at that restaurant. The restaurant customer must tell the cashier/server that they are supporting the Liberty Band. This is an easy way for us to earn money for the band program. Check your email and the website for notices about restaurant fundraisers.
Parents and volunteers make and sell funnel cakes at all home Varsity football games. The volunteers who work the event split half the profit made from the funnel cakes. For example, if there are three volunteers making the funnel cakes, and they sell $600 in funnel cakes, $300 goes directly to the band, and each volunteer receives $100 in their students' account. This is a very lucrative fundraiser and positions are filled first come, first served.
The band sells name brand chocolate and sweets to the Liberty staff and students throughout the year. Students receive a bag of 25 items that are to be sold for $1 each, and the student receives $10 profit per bag sold. Typically, a student can sell a bag per day. The profit from the first bag sold goes directly into the general band account, but all profit from bags sold after the first bag will be deposited into the student's band accounts.
Every year, the band sells Entertainment coupon books to the friends, family, and community surrounding Liberty High School. The books offer an easy, fast way to make a large amount of money for the students band accounts. The books are sold for $30 and students receive 50% profit on books sold locally, and 40% profit on books sold in other areas. Books are typically sold the first two weeks of school.
Throughout the year, the Booster Club sponsors various events that help raise money for the band. Below is a listing of our events and ways you can participate.
