Band/Guard Absence Request
If you need to request an absence, please complete and submit the following form. Please remember that all rehearsals and performances are required for participation in the Liberty Band. An absence should only be requested for emergencies.
The following reasons are not acceptable for missing a rehearsal or performance: Work, Club Meetings, Vacations, Babysitting, Homework, Non-school events, etc.
